With gratitude for your service

You served. We will help you find the path home.

Staying safely in the home you love should not feel out of reach. Affordable Lifts has worked to create a private support pathway for veterans and their families who may qualify for help with a vertical platform lift.

“Thank you for serving our country. Let us help you explore a safer way to stay connected to the home and people you love.”
A partnership built for access

A possible benefit pathway for qualifying veterans.

For some veterans who served overseas during a period of war, a partner-supported benefit pathway may cover part—or in qualifying cases, up to 100%—of an approved lift project.

We do not publish the partner’s name because the first step is a personal eligibility conversation, not a public application. Our team can help determine whether the pathway may fit your situation and explain what comes next.

How the review works

A respectful, guided process.

1

Tell us about the need

Share the veteran’s service background, who will use the lift, and the access challenge at home.

2

Complete a private screening

We help identify the information that may be needed for an initial eligibility review.

3

Prepare the lift plan

Photos, estimated measurements, and a lift quote help the program evaluate an approved project.

Important: Support is not guaranteed. Eligibility, qualifying service, documentation, clinical need, available funding, and program approval determine whether assistance is available and how much may be covered.
Prepare for the first conversation

Exact measurements are not required to start.

Wide photos and a simple description of the stairs, porch, deck, garage, or interior level change are enough for the first review.

Helpful information

  • Veteran’s name and best contact information
  • General service history and overseas wartime service
  • Estimated lower floor to upper landing height
  • Wide photos of the complete installation area
  • Who will use the lift and how soon it is needed
We are ready to listen

Begin with a private conversation.

You do not need to know the program name or have every document ready. Tell us what is happening, and we will help identify the next step.

Affordable Lifts is not the benefit decision-maker and cannot promise approval, reimbursement, or a specific coverage amount.
