Send the serial number and a clear description of what is happening. Your request creates an Odoo Helpdesk ticket—not a sales lead.

Before you submit

Find the serial number.

When the serial matches an installed-lift record, Odoo links the ticket to the lift and uses the recorded ship date to place the request in the correct review window. If no match is found, our team reviews it manually.
